Treatment Modalities:

The treatment options are:

• Implant retained fixed crown and/or bridge (Porcelain or Zirconia).
• Implant retained fixed detachable (screw retained prosthesis - Montreal bar).
• Implant supported removable overdenture

    Implant retained fixed crown and/or bridge (Porcelain or Zirconia):

	Multiple missing teeth replaced with dental implants and implant crowns.
Posteriors	Two implants on each side of the jaw		Porcelain fused to metal restorations

For a complete edentulous jaw, a minimum of five implants are necessary to support the prosthesis.
